Range State Meetings on the Single Species Action Plan for the Hawksbill Turtle in South-East Asia and the Western Pacific

In line with CMS Decision 13.70 and IOSEA Work Programme Activity #63, the Secretariat is working with partners on the development of a draft Single Species Action Plan for the Conservation of Hawksbill Turtles to address their trade and use in South-East Asia, and the adjacent Western Pacific.

A draft Plan will be circulated in due course. For its finalization and adoption, the following facilitated online meetings will be convened:

• 10 May 2022: one-day sub-regional workshop Region 1
  Cambodia, China, Hong Kong (China), Japan, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Macau (China), Myanmar, Republic of Korea, Taiwan (China), Thailand, Viet Nam
