Voices of Kwale: Practising Sea Turtle Conservation in Kenya

Sauti Za Kwale (Voices of Kwale) is a short documentary film that highlights the powerful community-driven conservation work led by the Olive Ridley Project’s Education Outreach Officer, Juma Gwerenya, along with the dedicated Sea Turtle Ambassadors from four fishing communities in Southern Kenya. This inspiring film showcases how these local champions are empowering their peers and driving grassroots efforts to protect endangered sea turtles and preserve the marine environment.
